AVVISO PUBBLICO PER IL SOSTEGNO ALLE MPMI CAMPANE NELLA REALIZZAZIONE DI PROGETTI DI SVILUPPO SPERIMENTALE, TRASFERIMENTO TECNOLOGICO E INDUSTRIALIZZAZIONE
Delibera di Giunta Regionale n.108 del 08/03/2022
The project, co-financed by the European Union, the Italian State and the Campania Region, as part of the POR CAMPANIA FESR 2014 - 2020 Priority Axis 3 - Competitiveness of the production system, is carried out in collaboration with the proposing subject IVM s.r.l.
The objective of the DIPan project is the development of a new product based on the use of accelerometric sensors to be installed on the normal pantographs of railway operating trains, which measures the accelerations produced by the pantograph-catenary interaction and relates them to the state of the catenary obtained through the use of instruments that measure its geometry and state of wear.
Correlating the measurement of the accelerations to the factors that determine them and to the points of the line where they occur allows to obtain diagnostic information on the condition of the overhead contact line; the systematic acquisition of this information can provide important indications both of a possible degradation of the performance of the pantograph-catenary assembly, and of the effectiveness of maintenance interventions.
As part of the DIPan project, Railway Systems has created the software component capable of acquiring, processing and displaying both the accelerometric data produced by the equipped pantograph and those deriving from the measurement of the characteristic parameters of the geometry of the catenary and the wear of the contact line, obtained through the use of measurement devices available on the market. Component which makes it possible to obtain information on the possible correlations existing between the anomalous accelerations measured and any defects found on the catenary.
